Handling and Shipping Times
Our order processing time is 1-2 working days. Our order processing deadline is 5 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm EST Friday will ship next Monday morning (postponed for holidays).
Our express shipping time is generally 3-12 days.
If your purchase is greater than or equal to $49, you can enjoy our free shipping. However, if your purchase is under $49, you will have to pay an additional $3.99 for postage.
Unexpected Shipping
When you have not received the goods for more than 60 days, please first make sure that your mailing address is correct. If the receiving information is incorrect, please contact us to modify it, and the additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If the email address is correct, you can contact us for a refund.
If your order takes too long to process (more than 10 working days without special remarks), you can request a refund or contact our customer service to resend it and send you a $3 coupon.
We are very sorry but are not responsible for products lost in transit. We can help you contact logistics companies. You can contact us first and let us know the problem you have, and we will arrange customer service to help you communicate with the courier company.
